Knix Wear is on the hunt for a detail orientated, customer centric multitasker to join our growing team. The Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Director and E-commerce Director, help shape our customer service strategy and as the link between Knix Wear’s brand and its customers.

 Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage Knix Wear’s customer service requirements at both the B2C and B2B levels
  • Develop best practices and processes for managing customer service inquiries through to completion
  • Aide in the management of Knix Wear’s growing online subscription service
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, phone and the online live chat

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor degree or college diploma
  • Strong excel skills, good communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Excellent demeanour when speaking with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-project environment with the ability to re-prioritize effectively when necessary
  • Must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Ability to think through a problem and determine the appropriate solution based upon logic and common sense

Bonus Points:

  • 2-3 years experience managing a customer service channel for a startup
  • 1-2 years experience working with 3PL's and ERP systems
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Experience with HelpScout
